Account Registration

• Sellers must provide accurate and complete information when creating their account, including contact details and payment information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

Product and Service Listings

• All listings must accurately describe the products or services being sold. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not list prohibited items, including illegal goods, counterfeit items, or restricted products as defined by the marketplace.

Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and ship items within the stated timeframes. Failure to meet delivery expectations may result in order cancellation or penalties.
• For service-based sellers, appointments or bookings must be managed in a timely and professional manner.

Payments and Fees

• Payments for products and services will be processed through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). Sellers will receive payouts after order fulfillment, minus applicable marketplace fees.
• Commission fees or other charges are detailed in the seller dashboard and may be subject to changes with prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

• Sellers must not engage in fraudulent activity, such as false advertising, misleading listings, or manipulating reviews. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
• Harassment or inappropriate communication with buyers or marketplace staff will not be tolerated.

Data Privacy

• Sellers are required to handle buyer data responsibly, ensuring the privacy and security of personal information. Use of buyer data for purposes other than fulfilling transactions is prohibited.

Termination

• Motherland Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account for violations of these terms, misconduct, or other activities that harm the platform or its users.
• Sellers may also choose to close their accounts at any time, but outstanding orders must be fulfilled.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
