By creating an account, purchasing, or selling on Motherland Marketplace, you agree to abide by these terms and any future amendments. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

Account Registration

• Users must be 18 years or older to register for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that all information provided is accurate.
• Motherland Marketplace reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at our discretion.

Buying and Selling

• Buyers: All purchases are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and you agree to provide accurate shipping and payment details.
• Sellers: You must provide accurate descriptions of your products or services and deliver them as promised. Sellers are responsible for handling refunds, exchanges, and disputes in accordance with the marketplace’s policies.

Payment

• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers, including Stripe. Motherland Marketplace does not store full payment card information on our servers.
• Fees for transactions, such as commission and listing fees, will be outlined in the seller dashboard and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
• Motherland Marketplace reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at our discretion.

Shipping and delivery

• Buyers: Delivery times may vary based on the location of the seller and shipping method. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.
• Sellers: You are responsible for shipping products to buyers within the stated timeframes and ensuring items are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit.

Returns & Refunds

• Buyers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving an item if it is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the description. Sellers must process the return and refund in line with the marketplace’s return policy.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Motherland Marketplace platform, including text, images, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Motherland Marketplace or its content providers. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any materials without prior permission.
• Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant Motherland Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and operational purposes.

User Conduct

• Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior, including but not limited to: providing false information, manipulating transactions, or posting offensive content.
• Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Motherland Marketplace at any time for violations of these terms or any behavior detrimental to the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Motherland Marketplace operates.
